GUNMEN KIDNAP DIVISIONAL POLICE OFFICER, DEMAND N50M RANSOM

The Divisional Police Officer of Fugar Police Division in Edo State, Chief Superintendent of Police Ibrahim Aliyu Ishaq, has been kidnapped around Ise River along old Auchi-Ekperi-Agenebode Road in Edo State.

PRNigeria gathered that the armed kidnappers have contacted the family of the Senior Police Officer for ransom payment.

They were said to have demanded N50 million ransom to free the DPO.

CSP Ishaq before his deployment some years ago, had served as DPO in Dakata Police Division in Kano state.
